Creating a Record

Creating a new record is straightforward:

1. Insert a Subject: Enter a concise and descriptive title for the record.

2. Set the Date: Specify the date of the meeting or activity.

3. Select a Contact: Choose the relevant contact from the contact table for whom the record is intended.

4. Write Your Content: Begin drafting your letter or protocol.

Toolbar Features

The module includes a comprehensive toolbar with the following options:

• Create: Add a new record.

• Edit: Modify the selected record.

• Copy: Duplicate an existing record for reuse.

• Delete: Remove the selected record.

Reporting and History

• Report Button: Generate a detailed report from the selected record. The report can be saved in various formats, including PDF and DOCX.

• History Button: View a history log of all changes made to the selected record.
