EBI Neutrino is built around the concepts of customers and tenants. Creating data, such as contacts or invoices, without associating them with a customer or tenant is not possible. This guide will show you how to effectively manage data within EBI Neutrino.
Managing Leads with the Leads Panel
The Leads Panel is the starting point for managing potential customers in EBI Neutrino. As shown in the image below, the Business Card form allows you to create potential records, which can later be converted into customers.
Adding New Leads
You can begin by inserting sample records to familiarize yourself with the interface. Start by entering personal and address information in the designated fields. Once you save the record, it will appear in the table below, as illustrated here:
Toolbar Functions
The toolbar in the bottom left corner provides several functionalities:
Create: Add a new lead to the database.
Edit: Modify the details of the selected lead.
Copy: Duplicate an existing lead to create similar records efficiently.
Delete: Remove the selected lead from the system.
Load Lead: Opens the selected lead as a company. This action activates all associated records and forms, allowing you to manage additional data such as contacts, addresses, bank accounts, orders, and protocols.
Transitioning Leads to Customers
Once a lead is loaded as a customer, you can begin adding detailed information to the company profile. The interface allows you to:
Insert and manage contacts: Add individual points of contact within the company.
Manage addresses: Include billing and shipping addresses for seamless operations.
Set up bank accounts: Record payment details for transactions.
Create orders and protocols: Initiate and manage business transactions directly.
Setting a Tenant Company
The system includes a radio button labeled "Tenant" that allows you to designate the selected company as a tenant. Tenant companies represent your organization in reporting and are used when generating orders, offers, and invoices. This ensures that all documents are accurately branded and associated with the correct entity.
