The EBI Neutrino accounting module simplifies the bookkeeping process for businesses with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, enabling faster record insertion.
Creating a New Record
Creating a new record is straightforward. Follow these steps:
Insert a Date: Enter the date of the record.
Enter or Generate a Number: Input a specific record number or use the auto-generated one.
Select an Account Type: Choose the account type (default options include passive or active accounts).
Add a Name: For example, "Phone Invoice."
Enter the Total Amount: Specify the total amount of the invoice.
Fill in the Debit Field:
Enter the debit number manually, or
Click the loop icon to open the debit list, search for the desired record, and apply it.
Fill in the Credit Field:
Enter the credit number manually, or
Click the loop icon to open the credit list, search for the desired record, and apply it.
Insert a Description: Provide a brief description of the record.
Select the Appropriate Year: Ensure the correct year is selected to view the record in the available account data.
Adding Documents to a Record
The accounting module allows attaching documents to edited records:
Upload a Document: Click the "+" symbol to upload a document from your hard drive.
Preview a Document: Use the Eye symbol to preview the document. It will open with the operating system’s associated program.
Managing Debit and Credit Lists
The Credit/Debit list table provides a toolbar for managing bookkeeping records.
Creating a New Debit or Credit Record
Click the "+" sign to open the Credit/Debit dialog.
Select the Type: Choose between Credit, Debit, or Deposit.
Insert a Desired Number: Use this number to identify the record in the accounting form.
Provide a Name: Name the record for easier reference.
Tax Status: Indicate if the record is tax-based using the combobox.
The dialog interface includes fields to input these details.
Available Account Block
The Available Account Block offers tools to control system functionalities and filtering options.
Tenant Combobox: Create account records for the selected company.
Year Combobox: Filter records based on the selected year.
Toolbar Options
New: Reset the form to create a new record.
Edit: Edit the selected record.
Delete: Remove the selected record.
History: View the history of the selected record.
Report: Open a dialog to generate various accounting reports, such as accounting stacks and financial reports.
Tax Dialog: Display total taxes paid for the account records.
