Create Offer and Order

The Order Module provides users with the ability to create orders and offers efficiently. The system generates a unique, auto-incrementing order number based on existing records and a predefined prefix. Users can easily manage orders by specifying necessary details and leveraging customizable settings.

Steps to Create a Record
  1. Order Number: Automatically generated by the system.

  2. Name: Enter a name for the order.

  3. Status:Select a status from the dropdown. The status options can be customized using the popup menu inSettings.

  4. Order Date and Valid To: Specify the order date and the validity period.

  5. Purchase Checkbox: Select this checkbox to set the order to a "Purchase" state.

Adding Products

  1. Click the + Buttonin thePosition/Product box.

    • A product selection dialog appears.

  2. Search for the desired product.

  3. Enter the quantity.

  4. (Optional) Add a deduction.

    • The price will adjust automatically based on the entered quantity and deduction.

  5. Click Apply to assign the product to the order.

Assigning a Contact

  1. In the Transmitted table, select a contact to assign the order.

    • A dialog will appear for selecting an existing contact or creating a new one.

Completing the Order

Once all necessary details are entered, the order is ready to be created. The new order will appear in the order table below.

Toolbar Options

  • New: Create a new order and reset all fields.

  • Save: Save or update the currently selected order.

  • Copy: Clone the selected order.

  • Delete: Remove the selected order.

  • Report: Open the report dialog, allowing users to select and generate reports (e.g., Order, Delivery, or Simple Delivery). Reports can be saved as PDFs.

  • History: View changes made to the selected order.

  • Email:Send the selected record via email. A report in PDF format will be generated and sent to the contact specified in theTransmitted block.

  • Create an Invoice: Use the selected order data to generate an invoice. The Invoice Module will open, and the data will be copied to the corresponding fields.
