Invoicing
The Invoice Module in EBI Neutrino provides a powerful tool to streamline the sales process. Users can create invoices either from existing orders, applying order properties directly to the invoice, or start creating a new invoice from scratch.
Key Features
Automatic Invoice Number Assignment
The InvoiceNr
field is automatically set when a category is selected.
Category Management
Right-Click the Category Combobox: A popup menu appears, offering options to configure the category and manage an auto-incremental number for invoices.
Popup Menu Options:
Settings: Allows users to administer the invoice category name.
Auto Inc. Administration Number: Maps invoice categories based on a prefix with a defined starting and ending number.
Adding Invoice Details
Name and Status: Complete these required fields to proceed.
Adding an Invoice Receiver:
Use the Search Button or start typing in the available fields like name, surname, and address to select a contact.
Adding Products
An invoice requires at least one product. To add products:
Click the + Buttonin the
Position/Product
box.A product selection dialog will appear.
Search for the desired product.
Enter the quantity.
(Optional) Add a deduction.
The price will adjust automatically based on the entered quantity and deduction.
Click Apply to assign the product to the invoice.
Toolbar Options
New: Create a new order and reset all fields.
Save: Save or update the currently selected order.
Copy: Clone the selected order.
Delete: Remove the selected order.
Report: Open the report dialog to generate reports (e.g., Order, Delivery, or Simple Delivery). Reports can be saved as PDFs.
History: View changes made to the selected order.
Email: Send the selected record via email. A PDF report will be generated and sent to the contact specified in the Transmitted block.
Important Notes
Ensure the filter for the specified year is adjusted. Only invoices for the filtered year will be displayed.
