Setup IDE to developing EBI Neutrino R1.

All EBI Neutrino R1 developer are using IntelliJ “THE BEST IDE EVER USED BEFORE” http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/ thanks to JetBrains for donating us the license.

Once you checkout the source code you will find a preconfigured file named EBINeutrinoCORE.iws

Load the project file and you can begin development of EBI Neutrino R1.
