CRM Settings

Before we beginning using the CRM functionality, let see one important administration tool that the EBI CRM offer, it is the EBI CRM Administration dialog. You could start the CRM settings dialog using the before last button from the Toolbar.

With the Administration dialog the CRM users have the possibility to adapt the CRM for their business methodology. We could adapt the entire CRM combo box component over the runtime for example, administering the company auto incremental number, Tax administration also email template etc.

For each panel for the EBI Neutrino R1 CRM business module the user have the possibility to change the combo box values.

Let’s begin with the “Settings for company panel” group box, this make possible to insert values for the Category, Cooperation and Classification combo box, available in the EBI CRM company tab form.

Clicking the button by side of each label it shows the “Value Setter” dialog.

In this case we decide to set a value for the category combo box. Also this dialog offers you possibility to edit records by selecting it from the available table. With the delete button the selected record could be removed.

After inserting the new value the system will update automatically the combo box. The EBI CRM Settings offer you another possibility to work efficiently with your data, this is the “Auto.Increment Number” for your companies.

This functionality generates for you a dynamically number in a given range.

You could select available category to make assignation for a number range like number from and number to, so that the CRM system with this information increment the company number which will showing it in the “CompanyNr” text filed available in the company panel.

The CRM Settings dialog offers also the possibility to administrate a tax value. This functionality is used in different module for example the Product Module.

With this panel users could create Email Templates for the EBI Neutrino Email client also HTML tag could be used.
